Phillips Transcripts

      • Alumni who graduated before May 1984 will need to contact Azusa Pacific University http://www.apu.edu/alumni/transcript/ or call 1-626-815-6000 to order transcripts.
      • Current student and alumni that graduate after May 1984 should only need to requests transcripts from Phillips but depending on your graduation date, it is possible that you might need to request transcripts from both Azusa Pacific and Phillips. Phillips Registration Office will let you know if you also need to request from Azusa.

      • Official Transcript Processing Time and Cost:

        • Processing time is the time it takes our office to prepare your transcript. This does not include mailing time. Please note: We cannot guarantee your transcripts arrival or the time it will take to reach its destination once it has left our campus.
        • Processing time 14 business days (excluding Friday and Sunday)
        • Cost is $10.00 per transcript

      • Official Transcript Delivery Method:

        • U.S. First Class Mail
          • No additional charge

      • Transcript Payment:

        • Check or Money Order (Credit card payments are unable to be accepted at this time)

    Phillips will still be processing Transcript requests:

    • We have secured a Custodial of Records for all future transcript requests. As soon as it is finalized more information will be place on this page.

Phillips Education Center operates as a Campbellsville University off-campus instructional site and offers a master’s in marriage and family therapy program.

Phillips Graduate University (PGU) is no longer offering any academic programs. Campbellsville University’s accreditation does not extend to PGU. The acquisition of PGU’s assets by Campbellsville University is pending SACSCOC approval.
