We're here to support you.

Our Services

Life can be challenging. If you or somebody you know is struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, divorce, or the loss of a loved one, we are here to help. Highly trained, compassionate therapists are available either in-person or by telehealth to provide professional, compassionate counseling support in a safe, confidential environment. As part of the mission of Campbellsville University, we make mental health services affordable and accessible. Fees are based on your ability to pay.

In our fast-paced world, more and more people find counseling helpful in dealing with everyday life. Don’t wait for a crisis. Make mental health a part of your regular checkup. There is no limit on session frequency or length of treatment. Therapy can continue until you feel your needs and goals have been met.

Types of Therapy

We offer accessible and affordable counseling services to individuals, couples, and families across diverse communities.  Fees are based on a sliding scale.  No insurance is required.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Work one-on-one with a skilled therapist in a safe, confidential environment. Our therapists work from a variety of different orientations in order to meet the needs of our clients.

COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy will help you and your partner strengthen your relationship. Trained therapists can facilitate communication of thoughts and feelings to gain a better perspective of the relationship and types of changes that need to be made.

FAMILY THERAPY

The family is a social system where change or illness in one family member may impact the larger family dynamic. Our therapists use a family systems perspective to understand family history, communication patterns and dynamics to see the bigger picture of the presenting problem and develop strategies for long-term improvement.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy involves two therapists leading a small group struggling with a specific problem such as parenting issues or anger management. Sharing experiences within a group helps us remember that we are not alone.

LGBTQ

The Counseling Center is a safe and confidential environment for the LGBTQ community and our therapists are trained to work with those in the coming-out process, identity exploration, social pressures, and relational issues.

CHILD/TEEN THERAPY

Our therapists are trained to work with children as young as six regarding behavioral issues, school and academic problems, grief and loss, and divorce. Teenagers face their own unique pressures and may benefit from a confidential relationship with a therapist they trust.
